Fentom - Active Planner (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operated by Thuy Bich Lap respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

This Policy applies to the Fentom - Active Planner iOS application and related services.

Account & Contact Information (if you provide it): name, email address.
App Usage Data (optional analytics): screens viewed, actions taken, session duration.
Crash & Diagnostics Data (optional): crash logs, performance metrics, device model, OS version.
Identifiers: device identifiers (e.g., IDFV). We do not collect IDFA unless ads are enabled and user consent is obtained.
User-Generated Content: feedback, text, or attachments you submit.

Note You can use the app without creating an account. Only data necessary for app functionality or that you voluntarily provide is processed.

3. How We Use Information

To operate, maintain, and improve app features.
To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
To diagnose crashes and prevent abuse or fraud.
To perform optional analytics for improving user experience.
To display personalized advertising only with your consent.

4. Legal Bases (GDPR)

Performance of a contract – to deliver app services.

We share data with these providers only to operate the app, and each processes information under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared with service providers, within our corporate group, to comply with law, protect our rights, or in case of merger/acquisition.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described and delete or anonymize it afterwards. You may request deletion at any time (see “Your Rights”).

8. Children’s Privacy

Fentom - Active Planner is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children without verified parental consent.

Request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
